A Modern Collaborative Approach to Mental Health

At Frontier Health Services, I start by providing as complete an evaluation as possible. I take into account biological, environmental and social factors into all assessments and recommendations. My philosophy is to see and treat the whole individual, not just treating mental health but physical and emotional health as well.
I am devoted to my clients and work to deliver evidence based, innovative and high-quality healthcare. I believe in taking time to get to know and care for each of my clients to better provide patient centered and balanced treatment programs.

-
With this change we are also updating our intake paperwork under the new name as well as for our yearly compliance mandates.
-
For all inquiries, medication refill requests, forms and documents and intake requests please go to our new site at www.FHWAK.com.
